Salary:Starting at £12.65 per hour rising to over £15 per hour after training is complete.

About The Role

Were looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our busy and friendly team in Leyland. As a key part of our production process, youll help ensure our products are made to the highest quality and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assembling, packing, and labelling products
• Quality checking finished goods
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following production schedules and meeting targets
• Reporting any faults or issues to supervisors
  
  

About You

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production (preferred but not essential full training provided)
