Production Operative

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey within a growing manufacturing company? Our client is currently seeking two motivated and detail–oriented Production Operatives to join their dynamic team in Lewes on a temporary to permanent basis!

Position: Production OperativeContract Type: Temporary to PermanentLocation: Lewes

Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30 – 17:30Hourly Rate: GBP12.60

What You'll Do:

• Picking and packing products with great care and precision
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, ideally adhering to Good Manufacturing practises (GMP)
• Completing production records accurately
• Working within the production department
• Carrying out in–process quality checks to uphold our commitment to excellence
• Collaborating with the team to meet production targets and deadlines

What We're Looking For:We are looking for someone who possesses:

1. Good Attention to Detail: Your meticulous nature will ensure that every product meets our quality standards.2. Picking and Packing Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, especially within food or pharmaceutical settings, is essential.3.
