KPI Recruiting is on the hunt for Food Production Operatives to bake some serious dough (pun intended) based in Wigan!

The rate of pay as a Food Production Operative is:

  • £11.64 p/h

Shifts available for a Food Production Operative:

  • Days: 07:45 - 16:05
  • Nights: 16:00 - 00:20

As a Food Production Operative, your duties are:

  • Working in a cold assembly of ready-to-eat meals
  • Preparing fresh vegetables, potatoes, carrots, and peppers
  • Dealing with fresh, ready-to-eat (SALAD) produce
  • Manual chopping and lifting (max 15 kilos)
  • Mixing of food ingredients
  • Filling product bowls on assembly lines
  • Packing foods into bowls
  • Despatching of salad bowls
  • Stock control
  • Use of mechanical lifting aids once training is provided

The job requirements for the Food Production Operatives are:

  • Previous production or manufacturing experience not essential
  • A keen eye for detail
