Job summary

Staffpower Group are currently looking for Production Operators on a full time basis for our client in Team Valley who specialise in Plastic Injection Moulding.

Role involves hand assembly with hand tools, running machinery, and quality inspection while maintaining health and safety standards. Applicants must be prepared to work overtime across a 3 shift pattern (days, backs, nights) with permanent contract after probation.

Qualifications

Staffpower Group are currently looking for numerous Production Operators on a full time basis for our fantastic client based in Team Valley who specialise in Plastic Injection Moulding.

Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.

This role is a 3 shift pattern with shift times below;

• Days 07:00 – 15:10 @ £12.71 per hour
• Backs 15:00 – 23:10 @ £13.60 per hour
• Nights 23:00 - 07:10 @ £14.49 per hour
• Overtime available paid £19.07 per hour

The Role

• We are looking for candidates with production/assembly experience.
• Assembling products by hand with use of hand tools.
• Running machinery assisting with the overall production process.
• Quality inspection of a range of components.
• Maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times.
• Candidates must be prepared to do overtime

The Candidate

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job.
• Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary.
• Must be prepared to do overtime when the business requires it
