We are currently looking for a production operative to join one of the UK's leading family-owned seafood businesses.

Shift Patterns:

Monday-Friday, 8am - 5:00pm

Lead a team of operatives, ensuring full engagement and high performance at all times;

Guarantee product quality standards are met without compromise;

Ensure all raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and labels are available to meet the production plan in full and on time;

Minimize waste in all forms;

Analyze and act on factory data and line performance information.

About you:

Good understanding of English language, written and oral;

Flexible and adaptable approach;

Previous experience in a similar environment;

Basic awareness of Food Hygiene;

You must have previous experience working as a line operative within your current role or company.

You'll be expected to work across various environments and will be provided with suitable personal protective equipment.

The role is ideal for someone with high self-motivation and initiative, looking to progress further into management. Good communication skills are essential to understand technical cleaning requirements and to report issues clearly.
