Job summary

Hilton Foods UK in Huntingdon is seeking Production Operatives for day shift, to work on a production line and pack meat to specification while maintaining efficient output.

You will check meat cuts, arrange packaging, ensure correct pack weight, and reject items outside of the specifications. The role operates on a 4 on 4 off pattern, 6am–6pm, and offers opportunities to grow within a family‑oriented organisation with on‑site facilities.

Salary: £13.57 per hour
Shift/ Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 6am - 6pm

About the role:

We are now looking for Production Operatives, for day shift, to work on a production line and pack meat in line with specification and always work in an efficient manner.

As a Production Operatives your role responsibilities will include:

• Checking the cuts of meat to ensure that they are in line with specifications
• Arranging meat in packaging, complying with display requirements set out in product specifications
• Ensuring that the pack weight is correct and in line with specifications
• Rejecting any items including packaging and meats that look to be outside of the parameters set out in the product specifications
