Job summary

The Timber Group in Herringswell is seeking a Production Operative to help keep the mill running smoothly, maintain a clean and safe site, and provide friendly service to customers.

You'll work outdoors in all weather, read paperwork, follow procedures, and support the team across infeed/outfeed operations, baler maintenance, and stock organisation. Training and progression opportunities are available.

• Operate machinery at infeed and outfeed to keep things moving smoothly
• Run the baler and keep it in good shape
• Help keep the mill clean, tidy and safe

As an Production Operative, you’re all about keeping the mill running smoothly. You’ll help make sure the space is clean, safe and efficient, while giving customers friendly, reliable service. You’re a key part of the team, jumping in where needed and helping things flow without a hitch.

What You’ll Bring
