Escape Recruitment Services Ltd is recruiting a Production and Warehouse Operative for an established manufacturing business in Glenrothes. The role offers variety across production, packing, stock control and despatch, with training provided on tasks and equipment.

Hours are Monday to Thursday, with some flexibility for additional cover between 6am and 10pm, and possible overtime to meet customer demand. Pay is £13.80 per hour.

Monday to Wednesday: 7.45am to 5.55pm

Thursday: 7.45am to 5.25pm

With standard hours worked over four days, this role offers the opportunity to build experience across production, packing, stock control and despatch. Training will be provided in the tasks and equipment you will use.

Working hours and flexibility

The standard working week runs Monday to Thursday. Some flexibility may be required for additional cover between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Saturday, along with occasional overtime to meet customer demand.
