Job summary

Stafforce-Recruitment is seeking a Production Operative in Fraserburgh, Scotland. You will operate food-manufacturing machinery, perform manual handling, and help meet daily production targets while keeping safety and quality standards.

The role offers a starting hourly rate of £12.90 and potential to rise to £17.16 with overtime, and regular Monday–Friday shifts 06:00–14:00. You will receive full training, gain hands-on experience in a busy manufacturing environment, and benefit from free

• Experience in a manufacturing or food-production environment is desirable.
• Ability to follow safety, quality and production standards.
• Willingness to work regular shifts and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machines in a food-manufacturing environment.
• Perform manual handling and assist with production targets.
• Maintain general housekeeping and adhere to safety/quality standards.
• Contribute to achieving daily production targets with accuracy.
