Job summary

Proactive Global are currently recruiting for a Production Operator with soldering experience to join a well-established company specialising in electrical inspection, testing, compliance and safety services.

You will assemble components, perform soldering on circuit boards and wires, use hand tools safely, inspect assemblies for quality and report faults. The role requires a methodical, reliable approach and the ability to work alone or as part of a team while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly and soldering preferred.
• Proven soldering skills and good manual dexterity.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and work to specifications.
• Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Methodical and organised approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivation, reliability and good timekeeping.
• Understanding of health and safety procedures within a manufacturing environment.
