Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking an assembler with proven soldering skills to join our production team. The role involves assembling electrical components, soldering wires and circuit boards, and using hand tools safely to meet strict specifications.

You will inspect completed work, report faults, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace while adhering to health and safety standards and company quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assembly and soldering is preferred.
• Proven soldering skills and good manual dexterity.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and work to specifications.
• Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment.
• A methodical and organised approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivation, reliability and good timekeeping.
• Understanding of health and safety procedures within a manufacturing or production environment.
