About The Role

This full-time Production Operative role in Enstone suits someone seeking a temp-to-perm position. Working Monday to Friday, 7:30 am until 4:00 pm, the successful applicant will pick and pack products, load and unload deliveries, wrap items, and handle goods in and out. General support duties within the production facility also form part of the job. Pay ranges from £13.50 to £14.00 per hour, depending on experience. Own transport is essential owing to the rural setting near Chipping Norton. Organisational skills, reliability, and the ability to work accurately within a team are key to succeeding in this hands-on position.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include: Duties will include picking and packing, loading and unloading, wrapping, dealing with goods in/out together with general duties to support the production facility. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of organisation and tidiness, exceptionally good housekeeping is required in the warehouse at all times, especially when under pressure. This is a busy role, candidates should be physically fit as some heavy lifting is required.
