Job summary

Fairfax Meadow is seeking Production Operatives for a Derby location, with shift patterns from 16:00–01:00 or 18:00–04:00, Monday to Friday. The role involves sorting meat into packs and scanning products to meet customer specifications, in a cold environment.

Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Prior food safety experience and physical fitness are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Ability to motivate team members and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Do you have food safety and Hygiene experience.
• Ideally, experience in a similar role, in a similar production Environment.
• Experience of working in a cold environment in temperatures zero to five degrees.

Working Hours: 16.00 – 01.00, or 18:00 - 04:00, Monday to Friday

A satisfying role

As a Production Operative you will need to be comfortable working with all types of meat, sorting meat into the correct pack sizes and scanning products. Ensuring that all correct products are picked in line with customer specifications.Are you up for the challenge?
