Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Diss is hiring a Production Operative to join our shift-based manufacturing team. You will work on a double days pattern and support daily production targets in a small, collaborative group.

We value health and safety, training, and personal development, with options for overtime and flexible working arrangements. Previous factory experience is helpful but not essential; training will be provided.

• Comfortable working with basic numbers and production data.
• Basic mechanical understanding would be an advantage.

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Production Operative to join our team at our Diss site. This role is shift based working a double days pattern: alternating 0600-1400 M-Th, 0600-1130 F then 1400-2200 M-TH, 1130-1700 F. However, flexibility across shifts and work areas is essential.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a small team, making a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

• Following health & safety standards to keep yourself and your teammates safe
