Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Skelmersdale. The rate of pay is from £13.42 - £13.76 per hour. This is a full-time role with fixed shifts, working 12-hour cycles: 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am.

As a Production Operative, you will support production operations, move and handle milk powder safely, check sumps for leaks, and keep the workplace clean and safe. Full training will be provided and a temp-to-perm opportunity is available.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit to work in a production environment.
• Full training will be provided.
• Experience in a Warehouse or Food Production is desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting production operations to ensure the manufacturing process runs efficiently.
• Moving and handling bags of milk powder safely.
• Checking sumps and surrounding areas for any leaks or issues.
• Carrying out general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assisting with other general operational tasks as required by the production team.
