Job summary

Gi Group is supporting a Production Operative role in Coventry. You will assemble door components, operate CNC machines, and work on a fast-paced production line with accurate interpretation of pick sheets.

The role offers full‑time hours with progression opportunities, and a £12.92 per hour starting rate plus a £10 monthly shift allowance. Onsite parking is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience on a door production line or similar manufacturing setting.
• Ability to interpret diagrams, pick sheets and follow precise specifications.
• Commitment to health and safety guidelines and manual handling procedures.

Hours: Full Time | Mon-Thurs: 07:00-16:00, Fri: 07:00-13:30 or 15:00-00:00
