Job summary

Gi Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading laminate flooring manufacturer in Coventry (CV6) for a Machine Operator. The role involves operating a variety of machines to support production, with a 3-shift rotation (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00) or 12-hour days/nights Mon-Thu.

Ideal candidates will have previous machine operator experience, be able to lift up to 25 kg, and demonstrate motivation for long-term, regular work.

Are you a skilled machine operator seeking an exciting opportunity? Our client who is one of the leading laminate flooring manufacturers located in CV6 Coventry is now hiring for the role of Machine Operator to join their dynamic team.

Job Details

Position: Machine Operator

Shifts: 3-shift rotation (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00) OR Monday to Thursday Days and nights rotation 12 hours

Pay Rate: £15.96 per hour, paid weekly

Duties: Operating a variety of machines (saws, laser cutters, CNC)

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience as a machine operator is essential

Will be OK doing heavy lifting (up to 25kg)

Will be motivated and looking for long term, regular work
