Job summary

Winner Recruitment in Coleshill is recruiting a Production Operative for rotating shifts on a permanent basis. You will operate machines, assemble components and conduct final quality checks in a manufacturing environment.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ recent factory/production experience, be able to read drawings, pay attention to detail and communicate effectively in English. Hours are rotating: 06:00–13:30 and 13:30–21:00 with overtime paid at time and a half.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with machine operation and assembly.
• Ability to quality inspect and read job instructions/drawings.

Responsibilities

Production Operative - Coleshill (Rotating shifts )

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading manufacturing clients based in Coleshill. This will be a direct permanent role working Monday - Friday on rotating shifts

We are looking for expeinced production operatives who have at least 2 years recent experience working within a factory or manufacturing facility for this role.

General Duties:

• Machine operating and machine minding
• Assembling of various size components and parts
• Quality inspecting and final visual inspection of parts
• Packing items into boxes ready for despatch
• Following instructions from drawings and job information
• Following and updating production information and job specifications
• Working to and achieving set production KpI's
• Stock and inventory checks
• Quality Checks on items
• Itemising parts where needed
• Recycling and general waste management

Experience required :

• You will need to have a minimum of 2 years recent experience working within a factory or manufacturing environment
• You will need to have machine operating experience
• You will need to have Assembly and production experience
• Be able to quality inspect all products and have good attention to detail
• You must have good communication both written verbal English skills

Hours of work :

Rotating shifts - Monday - Friday 06.00am- 13.30pm & 13.30pm - 21.00pm

Regular overtime available paid at time and half on weekends

Pay £13.45ph
