Gap Personnel Limited is recruiting Food Production Operatives for a busy and growing factory in Chessington. This role offers training and a clear progression path to Level 2 with increased pay and future leadership opportunities.

Starting pay is £13.10 per hour with Level 2 at £14.10 and night rate at £14.36. A fast-track progression plan leads to Level 3 pay, with 7:00am–7:00pm shifts and a 4 on/4 off pattern.

• Previous factory or production experience preferred.

Pay & Progression

• Starting Pay: £13.10ph, Level 2 £14.10
• Night: £14.36ph
• Fast-Track Progression Opportunities:
• Level 2: £14.10ph days / £15.36ph nights
• Level 3: £15.34ph days / £16.60ph nights

All training is provided — we're looking for people who genuinely want to learn, develop, and build a long-term career.

Shift Pattern

• 7:00am - 7:00pm
• 4 on / 4 off
