Job summary

Coretech Talent Limited t/a Core Search is seeking a Production Operator (timber) in Enstone. You will join a skilled team fabricating timber roof trusses to specification in a well-organised manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include operating production machinery, reading drawings, performing quality checks and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Immediate start and full training provided with a temp-to-perm path.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, woodworking or similar production environment is an advantage, though not essential.
• Good practical skills and a strong attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Solid commitment to health and safety.

Responsibilities

We're recruiting a Production Operator (timber) on behalf of a well-established timber manufacturing business in Enstone. You'll join a skilled, supportive production team, fabricating timber roof trusses to specification in a well-organised manufacturing environment.

What you'll do:

• Operate production machinery and hand tools safely

What's on offer:

• £12.71 per hour
• Monday to Thursday 7.00am to 3.30pm, Friday 7.00am to 3.00pm (39.5 hours a week)
