PRODUCTION OPERATIVE - Drayton SITE - NIGHT SHIFT

Overview

PRODUCTION OPERATIVE - Drayton SITE - NIGHT SHIFT

Reporting to the Production Department Manager, your role is to ensure the efficient and effective throughput of products in your work area, meeting customer quality expectations while adhering to Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate on our food production lines, preparing various fresh produce for labelling
• Chop and prepare fresh produce
• Pick and pack products
• Load and unload products onto the production lines
• Operate specialized machinery

Shift Pattern

We operate a night shift from 6 pm to 6 am, working 14 days over a 28-day cycle. Typically:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday

We offer an additional £2,200 per annum shift allowance for night work.
