Dunbia Group is hiring a Production Operative at their Carnaby site. The role offers a fixed 37.5-hour week with an early start and a £12.71 per hour rate. No previous experience is required as training will be provided in a fast-paced production environment.

You will join a team that prioritizes safety and product quality, with opportunities to upskill and gain hands-on experience across beef, pork, and lamb processing. Immediate start subject to interview.

Production Operative - 37.5 hours per week £12.71 per hour

Dunbia, is one of Europe’s leading and respected suppliers of top-quality Beef, Pork and Lamb products for the national and international retail, commercial and foodservice markets. At our Carnaby site we process both beef and lamb and have up to 250 employees during peak periods and we are currently recruiting for permanent Production Operatives. It’s a fast-paced environment, with targets and customer specifications to achieve. We offer competitive rates which will increase with training for skilled and semi-skilled individuals. No experience necessary.
