Job summary

Dunbia Group in Saltcoats, Highland site, is recruiting permanent General Operatives to join the Loading Bay. You’ll work in a fast-paced beef processing environment, with early shifts from 5am to 1:40pm, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, and PPE provided.

You’ll unload lorries, move beef sides, weigh product, and ensure correct stock rotation, while maintaining health, hygiene and quality standards as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Possess good communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team striving to achieve high levels of customer service
• Flexible approach to work and be prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand

Responsibilities

• Moving beef sides into chills (large fridges) and into the Boning Hall to be processed
• Unloading lorries and weighing product in
• Adhering to correct stock rotation procedure
• Breaking down sides of beef using equipment and machinery
• Working in a chilled environment
• Working as part of a team to meet production demands and satisfy customer requirements Maintain Health, Safety, Hygiene and food quality standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations

We are currently recruiting for permanent General Operatives to work in the Loading Bay. It’s a fast-paced environment, with targets and customer specifications to achieve.

All PPE equipment will be supplied at no extra cost to you.
