Monday - Friday
2-week shift (5.30 am-2.30 pm, 2.30 pm-11.30 pm)

Here at Marley, we are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Operative to join our well-established team at our site in Burton-on-Trent.

You may have experience in a similar manufacturing environment, or within a fast-paced production/warehouse operative role, whatever your background; if you have the right attitude and a forward-thinking approach to work – we would love to hear from you!

What’s involved?
You will mainly work within the concrete Tiles department, operating manual and semi-automated machinery, hand-powered tools, and mobile plant such as Forklift trucks to move stock around the site. You will also help out with regular housekeeping such as cleaning, painting and other handyperson jobs.

This is a fantastic chance to work as part of a skilled team to manufacture high-quality products using the best technology and techniques whilst putting health and safety at the heart of everything you do!

What are we looking for:

  • Experience working in a Production/Manufacturing environment
  • Experience with semi-automated machinery/ robots is highly desirable
  • Basic computer user experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Current accredited FLT licence (preferred but not essential)
  • Team-player mentality
  • A keen individual looking for a career within a thriving industry-leading company!
