• Manually transferring wet clay onto stillages.
• Building accurate brick firing stacks.
• Sorting fired bricks into customer-specific packs.
• Following all health & safety, quality and environmental procedures.
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping and 5S standards.

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to join the well‑established Specials Department at our client’s site in Almondsbury, Bristol.

The site is easily accessible for candidates located in and around the Almondsbury and North Bristol areas, with free on‑site parking available.

Working Hours of the Production Operative

Training Period (12-16 weeks)

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30-16:00
• Friday: 07:30-15:00

Post-Training Shift Pattern (Day shifts only)

• 5 on / 5 off – 05:00‑17:00
• 5 on / 5 off – 05:00‑17:00
• 4 on / 4 off – 05:00‑17:00

In return, the successful Production Operative will receive:

• £13.76 – £15.82 per hour
