Job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team in a manufacturing environment. The role involves maintaining data accuracy, utilizing production fixtures, ensuring product quality, and interpreting technical drawings. The position requires adherence to quality procedures, effective communication during meetings, and reporting production issues.

Working Hours: 39 hours per week on rotating shifts (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm).

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and manage data entries in the system.
2. Use production fixtures for manufacturing processes.
3. Utilize inspection fixtures and gauges to meet quality standards.
4. Perform visual inspections and refer to quality procedures.
5. Read and interpret technical drawings for manufacturing.
6. Manage consumable stock within the work area.
7. Participate in regular quality meetings.
8. Report issues affecting production.
9. Implement workload tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Knowledge of quality procedures.
• Experience in machining and fabrication.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Familiarity with NCR processes.
