Job summary

Gap Personnel is seeking an experienced Production Operative for its Barnstaple facility. The role is hands-on, joining a busy team where quality, safety and reliability are valued.

You will operate production machinery, follow schedules, carry out quality checks and prepare finished products for packing. Ideal candidates have prior production experience, understand health and safety procedures, and can work efficiently in a busy environment with good teamwork and communication.

We’re recruiting an experienced Production Operative to join a busy and well‑established manufacturing facility in Barnstaple.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who already has experience working within a production, manufacturing or factory environment. You’ll be joining a supportive team where quality, safety and reliability are genuinely valued.

The role

• Operating production machinery and equipment
