Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Production Operative in Ballyclare with full training provided. You will operate basic production line machinery, perform routine quality checks and help maintain a clean, safe production area in a growing soft drinks business.

No prior experience is required, though hands-on production or warehouse work is advantageous. A positive, can-do attitude and a full UK driving license will help you thrive in this friendly team-based role.

• Operating basic production line machinery, including bottle filling, capping, labelling, and packing equipment
• Carrying out routine quality checks (e.g., fill levels, caps/seals, date codes) and report any issues to the Production Leader
• Maintaining cleanliness of the production area, following hygiene and food safety standards at all times

Full training can be provided in this role, however prior experience in Food & Beverage Manufacturing, Agriculture or any other hands-on Production / Warehouse role will be advantageous.

The most important thing is that you have a can-do attitude, are eager to learn and willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck.
