Job summary

Blue Arrow is recruiting General Operatives for a client in Ayr. Immediate start on a long-term ongoing assignment with steady Monday to Friday hours (7:30am–4:00pm). Pay rate £12.71 per hour with time-and-a-half on Saturdays and double rate on Sundays.

Role involves general warehouse duties, loading/unloading, picking and packing, maintaining a safe clean environment, and assisting with stock movement. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not essential.

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.

Position Details:

Job Title: General Operative
Location: Ayr
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (tie and a half on Saturday, double rate on Sunday)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
Contract: Ongoing long-term assignment
Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:

• General warehouse and operational duties
• Loading and unloading products
• Picking, packing and preparing orders
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Assisting with stock movement and other warehouse tasks as required
• Manual handling and some heavy lifting may be involved

• Previous warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good timekeeping and attendance
• Available to start immediately
