Job Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to become a vital part of our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the production of a diverse range of high-quality supplements, including liquids, tablets, capsules, and powders.

Your expertise and commitment will be key in fulfilling our mission to provide our customers with premium products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manufacturing Excellence: Operate with precision in manufacturing a variety of supplement forms, strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
  2. Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with team members to meet and exceed production targets.
  3. Quality Compliance: Diligently follow Batch Manufacturing Records and work in tandem with quality assurance/control teams to ensure the highest level of product integrity.
  4. Materials Handling: Precisely weigh and blend raw materials and accurately measure and size capsules/tablets to specific requirements.
  5. Yield Reconciliation: Conduct thorough yield reconciliations at the conclusion of each batch to ensure optimal efficiency.
  6. Documentation: Complete all necessary documentation, including line logs and quality records, with attention to detail.
  7. Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly production area following each campaign.
  8. Problem Solving: Proactively address and escalate issues to management and effectively troubleshoot recurring challenges.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within the food supplement or pharmaceutical industry is highly valued.
  2. Skills: A proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
  3. Education: GCSE or equivalent qualification is preferred.
