Job summary

A Alton, Hampshire-based production facility is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join the team. This hands-on role supports production and warehouse duties with a strong focus on safe working, operating RM & Packsize machinery and ensuring accurate labelling and packing workflows.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. Weekly pay and a pension are provided. Candidates should be reliable, safety-conscious and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Ideal: previous machine operating experience with bailing/compaction equipment
• Reliable, safety conscious and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
• Flexible with shifts and duties

Responsibilities

• Operate RM & Packsize machinery with attention to detail
• Set up machinery daily with customised measurements
• Warehouse duties including loading/unloading, packing and labeling
• Collect and process packaging waste and operate balers as required
• Maintain health and safety practices throughout the shift

production and Warehouse duties, with a strong focus on safe working, operating machinery, adhering to H&S practices with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative

Operating RM & Packsize machinery ensuring attention to detail is maintained at all times

Setting up machinery on a daily basis, ensuring customised measurements are in place prior to operating

• Warehouse duties - loading and unloading /packing and labelling
• Collecting and processing packaging waste from product area including safe operation of QCR Balers

Requirements of a Production Operative

• Ideally
