Job summary

Sodexo Group is hiring a Cleaning Operative at Chivas Brothers in Kilmalid, Dumbarton. You’ll help maintain high cleaning standards across production and office areas, supporting a safe and comfortable environment for everyone on site.

This permanent, full-time role offers steady hours: Mon–Thu 11:00–17:30 and Fri 07:00–13:30, totaling 32.5 hours per week. If you take pride in your work and enjoy teamwork, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean production and office areas according to schedules and site requirements.
• Carry out routine cleaning tasks: dusting, surfaces, vacuuming and mopping.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste using site procedures.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely following instructions.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards or shortages.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistent standards across the site.
