Dex in London is building a compact, high-impact data and ML team. You will own the full ML lifecycle—from data pipelines to live model serving—shaping rewards, personalization and measurement. The role emphasizes delivering value with speed and rigorous experimentation.

You’ll contribute to ML infrastructure and work across problems from engagement to revenue, with a hands-on, end-to-end responsibility culture.

Competenze

• Hands-on in production ML: you ship, monitor, and iterate models end-to-end.
• End-to-end ownership of the problem: data, model, and live serving in one flow.
• Strong grounding in statistics, including A/B testing and regression.
• Familiar with causal inference or uplift methods to measure impact.
