Job summary

Nuvion Tech in Manchester is seeking a hands-on Data Scientist to design, build and deploy ML solutions end to end for international clients in the UK, Europe and the US.

You will develop CV, ML and AI models, integrate them into production environments, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to turn analysis into decisions, with hybrid work (two days in the Manchester office) and a salary up to £70,000.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analysis, computer vision, machine learning or statistical modelling.
• Practical experience deploying ML models.
• Strong Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, plus PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Solid statistics and data preparation.
• SQL and Git.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop CV, ML and AI models (predictive, classification, recommendation and LLM-based).
• Select and optimise algorithms, including regression, tree-based methods and neural networks.
• Integrate models into production environments, cloud or on-premise.
• Clean data, engineer features and validate models.
• Work with clients and internal teams to turn analysis into decisions.
