Job summary

LADbible Group in the UK is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead end-to-end Originals content production, coordinating shoots, timelines, budgets and resources across editorial and sponsored projects.

You will manage UK and international shoots, ensure health and safety, build production budgets and drive process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in production management.
• Strong budgeting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent understanding of social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat).
• Highly organised and able to collaborate across teams.
• Strong communication with internal teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production logistics across UK and international shoots to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
• Build and manage production budgets; negotiate competitive rates with suppliers and freelancers.
• Ensure productions stay on schedule and within budget, flagging any risks early.
• Manage production equipment, kit bookings and shoot resources.
• Ensure all health and safety requirements, risk assessments and production compliance are in place.
• Organise production documentation, releases and post-shoot paperwork.
• Continuously improve internal production processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Want to join the UK’s most exciting production studio? LADstudios Originals team are the proud winners of two Broadcast Digital Awards, including Best Online Channel. In this role, you will join the talented team behind hit shows like Snack Wars, Agree to Disagree, Honesty Box, and Minutes With.

We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager with shoot experience to play a key role in delivering the social formats LADbible is known and loved for. You’ll bring confidence and experience to every shoot, keeping productions running smoothly and every project on track from start to finish.

What the opportunity looks like

• Lead end-to-end production of Originals content, managing shoots, timelines, budgets, resources, and vendors across editorial and sponsored projects

• Coordinate all production logistics including studios, locations, crews, talent, and post-production across UK and international shoots to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.

• Build and manage production budgets, negotiate competitive rates with suppliers and freelancers.

• Ensure productions stay on schedule and within budget, flagging any risks early.

• Manage production equipment, kit bookings and shoot resources.

• Ensure all health and safety requirements, risk assessments and production compliance are in place.

• Organise production documentation, releases and post-shoot paperwork.

Skills and experience we'd like you to have

• 5+ years' experience in production management, ideally within digital media.

• Good understanding of social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat)

• Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume projects simultaneously while keeping calm under pressure.

• Excellent budgeting and negotiation skills.

• Highly organised, proactive, and able to collaborate across teams to deliver creative, platform-native content that satisfies both audience and business objectives.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to maintain excellent relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
