Element Solutions Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead Ashby site manufacturing operations, driving safety, quality and continuous improvement. You will manage Supervisors, Team Leaders and Operatives, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and developing high-performing teams.

The role emphasizes Lean, 5S, data-driven decisions and strong collaboration with HR and other functions to sustain a world-class production environment.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has a relevant advanced qualification in manufacturing or operations.
• Proven experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role.
• Solid understanding of health & safety legislation and best practices in manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing employee-related matters and workforce development.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI and production data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the production team to meet objectives.
• Drive Health & Safety culture and ensure policy compliance.
• Present updates on Health & Safety, Quality and Continuous Improvement at management meetings.
• Analyze production data and KPI trends to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with HR on policy application and workforce issues.
• Optimize resources to maximise productivity and quality.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production records and timely reports.
