Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Production Management role within a Manufacturing environment.
• Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques knowledge is preferred.
• Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site production in line with company strategy and KPIs.
• Optimize material, staff, processes, and layout with safety and cost targets in mind.
• Remove bottlenecks and drive throughput improvements.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing across production areas, including single piece flow where applicable.
• Promote continuous improvement and report on performance indicators.
• Support new product introduction and outsourcing activities.
• Develop people and training aligned with new methods and products.
