Job summary

Niftylift Ltd is seeking a Production Manager to lead the Hoyland manufacturing site, coordinating production, safety, and quality within a growing team. The role emphasizes Lean principles and continuous improvement to meet throughput targets.

You will manage staff, processes and layouts, drive efficiency, and ensure ISO compliance while maintaining a safe, high-standard workplace. Excellent benefits accompany this site-based role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Production Management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Degree in Engineering or extensive experience in engineering/production environment.
• Proficient with MS Office tools and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site production in line with strategy and KPIs.
• Organise materials, staff, processes and layout with safety/compliance.
• Eliminate bottlenecks and drive throughput improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean techniques and value streams.
• Measure and report performance indicators for each team.
• Support new product introductions and outsourcing activities.
• Develop people through training aligned with new practices.
• Ensure TPM procedures and ISO standards are followed.
