Job summary

TS International in Dorset (near Bournemouth) is seeking an experienced Production Manager to run the electronics/engineering factory, overseeing 55+ staff across supervisors, assembly, and testing. You will ensure day-to-day operations, quality and H&S, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing production on the shop floor, preferably in electronics or related fields.
• 3–5 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and office software is required.
• Knowledge of quality and H&S standards and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production and shop floor activities.
• Produce production plans using ERP/MRP systems.
• Analyse production times to optimise productivity.
