Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Project Manager for bespoke joinery projects in Leicester. The role covers residential and commercial sectors, from tender through to completion, with site visits and safety documentation duties.

The ideal candidate will have PM experience in joinery or related interior fit-out sectors, with IT literacy and strong organisational skills. A discretionary bonus and benefits package accompany a £55,000 salary.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager, preferably in joinery or interior fit-out.
• IT literacy is required.
• Proactive, motivated and highly organised.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project from tender through to completion.
• Visit sites to conduct inspections and site assessments.
• Write up health and safety documents for each site.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to provide project reports.
• Attend pre-contract and progress meetings with clients.
• Maintain knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation.
• Manage projects up to a value of £750k.

The role of the Project Manager Bespoke Joinery will involve:

• Project Manager position for a range of bespoke joinery projects across residential and commercial sectors
• Visit sites when required to conduct inspections, and site assessments
• Manage all aspects of the project from tender all the way through to the completion
• Write up health and safety documents for each individual site
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to provide reports for the project
• Attend pre-contract meetings and progress meetingswith clients
• Maintain good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
• Manage large projects up-to a value of £750k

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager Bespoke Joinery with:

• Must have experience as a Project manager, ideally within the joinery industry although would be open to someone with experience with interior fit-out, refurbishment, bespoke interior products or closely related.
• Highly advantageous to have shop floor / factory / manufacturing experience
• IT literate
• Proactive, motivated, and highly organised
