For the successful Production Manager our client is offering:

Up to £60,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience and skill set)

Monday-Friday, Days role

The role – Production Manager:

Supporting the Manufacturing Director in managing the daily operations of the site within the relevant areas of production and batch manufacturing

Supervise and motivate production teams to ensure a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Provide guidance and support to resolve production challenges and ensure on-time delivery.

Monitor and control production costs, ensuring efficient use of resources without compromising quality.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, maintenance, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production processes.

3 direct reports, and 36 indirect reports

What our client is looking for in a Production Manager:

Previous experience in a similar role within a Food Manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL

Strong management experience with the ability to drive activity and challenge if/when necessary

Knowledge of the application of good manufacturing practices

Ability to lead others to desired outcomes
