  • Motivate and coach a skilled production team.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for optimal performance.
  • Support new business initiatives including NPDI and PLM readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and quality standards (ISO14001 & ISO9001).
As our Production Manager, you'll be responsible for both the day-to-day performance and the long-term improvement of production operations.
Safety
  • Lead area safety audits and risk assessments.
  • Champion a safe and visual workplace through 5S activities.
  • Ensure operator training in equipment and chemical safety.
  • Maintain a strong culture of reporting and preventive action.
Delivery
  • Champion lean manufacturing, standard work, and KPI improvements.
  • Escalate resource issues and maintain alignment to the production plan.
  • Address performance issues and manage absence effectively.
  • Liaise with support functions to meet delivery targets.
Quality
  • Drive root cause analysis and reduce non-conformance.
  • Promote a “Right First Time” quality culture.
  • Support daily quality performance reviews and compliance.
As a Production Manager, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety while consistently meeting production goals.
What You’ll Bring
  • Qualifications in Electronics, Mechanical, or Production Management.
  • Strong leadership experience in manufacturing or production environments.
  • Deep understanding of project management and process improvement.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and team coaching ability.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Competencies
  • Integrity, initiative, innovation, and cost-conscious thinking.
  • Agility, ambition, and a strong drive for quality.
  • High IT proficiency and organisational accuracy.
  • Ability to build trust and drive performance through collaboration.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Production Manager who thrives on challenge, improvement, and team development.
