For the successful Production Manager, our client is offering:

• Up to £60,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience and skill set)
• Monday-Friday, Days role
• 6-12 month contract
• Free parking
• Immediate start
• Contractors and FTCs considered

The role – Production Manager:

• Supporting the Manufacturing Director in managing the daily operations of the site within the relevant areas of production and batch manufacturing
• Supervise and motivate production teams to ensure a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Provide guidance and support to resolve production challenges and ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor and control production costs, ensuring efficient use of resources without compromising quality
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, maintenance, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production processes
• Manage 3 direct reports and 36 indirect reports

What our client is looking for in a Production Manager:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a Food Manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
• Strong management experience with the ability to drive activity and challenge when necessary
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices
• Ability to lead others to desired outcomes
