Our client is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee production operations, ensuring smooth team management and on-time, accurate product dispatch. This role reports into senior leadership and is ideal for a strong, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the weekend production team, maintaining a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Own the OTIF metric and act quickly to address operational issues.
  • Plan and optimise production workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain high quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Allocate staff and resources effectively and resolve operational challenges.
  • Provide performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Support staff training and development.
  • Assist with inventory management and general operational duties.
