Production Manager (Precision Engineering)

Salary: 55,000 - 60,000 + Progression + Early Finish On A Friday + Free On-Site Parking + Company Events

Location: Poole

This company has been established for over seventy years, employing more than ninety people. Operating from a 70,000 square foot facility, they manufacture mechanical components for both national and international clients and plan significant growth in the coming years.

In this role, the successful candidate will oversee the production department, managing a team of 25 with 3 direct reports. You will mentor staff and ensure the workshop's operational efficiency to meet production deadlines.

The Role:

• Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM Friday

• Provide weekly reports to the MD and stay informed about your area of responsibility
• Optimize production efficiency and ensure smooth workflow across machining processes
• Collaborate with the production planner, engineer, and supervisor to improve processes
