JOB – Production Manager

LOCATION – Horsham

TERM - Permanent

SALARY – £45,000-£47,500

We are looking for a Production Manager for a manufacturer in Horsham

The Production Manager will ideally have the following attributes:

- Qualified in a relevant Engineering / Manufacturing Degree with time served as a Manager.
- Previous experience working as a Manufacturing, Production, Operations or similar Manager title within manufacturing.
- Proven experience of improvements made within a manufacturing business.
- Solid knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Continuous improvement or Six Sigma.
- Can communicate with other members of staff and other members of management.
- Knowledge of various assembly and manufacturing environments.
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.



The Production Manager role will involve:

- Overseeing the responsibilities for Manufacturing, Planning and other areas.
- Drive an attitude of continuous improvement activities within the business.
- Consider profit and losses whilst driving continuous improvement.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure KPI’s are met.
