Job Details

We are looking for a Production Manager for a manufacturer in Horsham.

Attributes and Qualifications

• Qualified in a relevant Engineering / Manufacturing Degree with managerial experience.
• Previous experience as a Manufacturing, Production, Operations, or similar Manager within manufacturing.
• Proven track record of improvements within a manufacturing business.
• Solid knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Continuous improvement, or Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Knowledge of various assembly and manufacturing environments.
