This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with a strong presence and the ability to optimize the production function. You will collaborate with cell leaders to improve machine efficiencies and streamline workflow on the shop floor.

The day-to-day duties include:

• Leading and motivating a team of production staff to meet production goals
• Reviewing production processes and equipment regularly to ensure adherence to industry best practices
• Generating reports on production performance, including KPIs and other metrics
• Developing manufacturing plans and procedures to maintain high-quality standards and ensure product conformity to customer and company requirements
