Role Overview
This is a pivotal role in shaping a new facility from the ground up. You will oversee the implementation of the new paint production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage the full implementation and operation of the paint production line.
• Process Optimisation: Design workflows, optimise layout, and establish best practices.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage the paint production team.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001).
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance productivity, safety, and quality using lean methodologies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, quality, HSE, and commercial teams.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing or implementing a paint production line (aerospace, automotive, or industrial sectors preferred).
• Strong knowledge of paint application processes, equipment, and regulations.
• Project management and leadership experience.
• Familiarity with quality and health & safety standards.
• Engineering or technical background preferred.
