Job summary

MorePeople is partnered with a respected fresh produce business in Evesham seeking a Production Manager to support the Packhouse Manager and lead day‑to‑day operations across 18 lines.

You’ll oversee production schedules, drive efficiencies, develop production teams, and monitor KPIs while ensuring H&S and GMP standards are upheld, with a view to stepping into greater responsibility. The role also offers scope to implement improvements and contribute to continued growth.

Responsibilities

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As the Production Manager, you’ll support the Packhouse Manager in running day-to-day operations across 18 lines.

That means:
